Maurice Roucel, born in Cherbourg in 1950, is a luminary in the world of fragrance, renowned for his artistry and innovative approach. His journey began as a chemist at Chanel, where his expertise in chromatography set the stage for his transition into perfumery under the guidance of Henri Robert. Over the decades, Roucel has made a profound impact on the industry, creating timeless and influential scents such as *Tocade* by Rochas, *Iris Silver Mist* by Serge Lutens, and *Musc Ravageur* for Frédéric Malle.
