Soleil Tonka evokes warm sand, coconut water, and sea spray, capturing the pleasure of a seaside escape. Perfumer Jean-Christophe Herault pairs coconut and tonka bean with the elegance of niche perfumery, enhanced by an overdose of ambroxan. This oriental fruity eau de parfum opens with ambrette absolute, sea salt, and Solarys. Mate absolute, coconut bark, and vanilla form the heart, while benzoin, labdanum, and tonka bean create the base. Together, these notes recall sand in the hair and salt on the skin. The flacon’s glass reflections enhance light, revealing the brilliance of the fragrance within.
